Janet Barkhouse’s poems have been published across Canada in anthologies and in journals (CV2, Literary Review of Canada, Riddle Fence, TNQ, etc.). A collection of her poems, Salt Fires, published by Pottersfield Press in 2018, followed on two chapbooks, Silence and Sable Island Fieldnotes (photographs by Zoe Lucas). She lives in Mi’kma’ki, near Mahone Bay, on Nova Scotia’s South Shore.
